About the NCA
Somalia’s Independent Communications Regulator
The National Communications Authority (NCA) is the official regulatory body for Somalia’s communications sector. Established under the Communications Act of 2017, the NCA ensures fair competition, transparent governance, and the protection of consumer rights across telecommunications, Internet, broadcasting, ICT, and eCommerce services.
